1. What this service is

Nearby Lawn Pros (nearbylawnpros.com) is a free lawn care quote and referral service owned and operated by RxH. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, schedule, price, warrant or guarantee any work. We collect your request and pass it to one participating local provider.

2. Your relationship with Fairway

Any service you purchase is a contract between you and Fairway Lawns, LLC, on Fairway’s terms and at Fairway’s prices. Offers, discounts, guarantees, re-treatment policies and service commitments are Fairway’s alone. Review the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

3. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old, own the property described and be authorized to receive calls and texts at the phone number provided. You agree that the information submitted is accurate and yours.

4. Contact consent

Submitting the form requires the consent box. That consent covers calls and texts from Fairway Lawns, LLC, or a Fairway-owned brand serving your ZIP code, about the residential service requested, including automated technology, prerecorded messages and promotional messages. Consent is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

5. No guarantee of a match or quote

Coverage is limited to verified ZIP codes. If no participating provider serves the area, or a routing dependency is unavailable, the request is not accepted. We never reroute the request to a provider different from the one shown.

6. Disclaimers and acceptable use

The site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxH and Nearby Lawn Pros are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing or communications of a provider, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Do not submit false information, automate submissions, scrape the site or use it unlawfully.
